• Uploaded content: source and target media files necessary to process face swaps. Files are encrypted at rest and automatically purged after the retention window noted below.
• Payment data: billing contact, subscription status, and transaction identifiers managed by Creem, our payment processor.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to deliver, maintain, and improve FaceSwap. Typical use cases include:

• Authenticating users, preventing fraud, and enforcing rate limits.
• Processing face swap requests, storing assets temporarily, and providing download links.
• Monitoring system performance, debugging errors, and delivering product announcements.
• Delivering invoices, processing subscription upgrades, and communicating billing updates.

Data Retention & Deletion

Swap assets are automatically deleted within 72 hours unless you explicitly save them to your account. Billing records, audit logs, and security events are retained as required by applicable law. You may request early deletion of stored media or account data by emailing [email protected].

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted partners to deliver FaceSwap. These providers only receive the data required to deliver their portion of the service.

• Supabase: authentication, database storage, and analytics events.
• Cloudflare R2: encrypted storage and delivery of temporary swap assets.
• Creem: subscription billing, payment processing, and checkout sessions.
• Analytics: privacy-focused usage metrics to understand feature adoption.

Your Choices & Controls

• Access & correction: review or update your profile details from the dashboard.
• Downloads & deletions: remove stored assets at any time from your gallery or request removal via email.
• Email preferences: opt out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Cookie controls: manage analytics and session cookies through your browser settings.

Children's Privacy

FaceSwap is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
